Tata Mata Bistro is rooted in our Mediterranean and Dalmatian culinary heritage, reimagined through a more contemporary lens. Familiar flavours become lighter, more playful and attuned to the pace of the city, while seasonal ingredients shape the rhythm and diversity of the menu.

The concept grew from a decade of experience and a desire to create a place that feels urban, unexpected and intimate all at once. A bistro where food, wine, art and the everyday life of Dorćol naturally come together.
